2010 San Carlos Real Estate Market Year In Review

After a very difficult final quarter in 2008 and an awful 2009, 2010 managed to breathe life back into the San Carlos market.  A combination of improved banking guidelines, government incentive programs, an improving stock market and historically low interest rates, all contributed to an improving San Carlos market over the past 12 months.  This 2010 Year In Review will give you the following:
