50 seems to be the magic number when it comes to the inventory in San Carlos. Every time we sneak above 50 Active single family residences a few are sold and we slip back down below the half century mark. There are a few properties that deserve your attention as solid buys:

1148 Elm Street. Offered by Steve Eldridge of REMAX Today.This home is a 4/3, 2,390 square foot home which has been substantially remodeled, including a sizeable addition.The two obvious negatives on the property are a one car garage and a slightly smaller than average lot size.However, this home will get its buyer the elusive remodeled 4/3 in San Carlos.Additionally, if it were to sell at its list price, the home would sell for 100K below the $1,500,000 mark.

1509 Belmont Avenue. Offered by Justine Ford of REMAX Today. This home is a 2/1 with 1,100 square feet in one of the best neighborhoods in San Carlos. This 2/1 also has a 2 car garage, which is unusual for the 2/1 floor plan. This home has been nicely updated and at $839,000 represents a very fair opportunity in San Carlos.
