Beverly Terrace, The Hills and Canyons of San Carlos

North of Brittan Avenue, East of Crestview Drive, West of Alameda and South of San Carlos Avenue is the Area realtors refer to as Beverly Terrace. Beverly Terrace is the largest of the 6 San Carlos Areas. Known for its fantastic views and quaint canyon settings, Beverly Terrace is fast becoming one of the more exclusive home locations in San Carlos. The southwestern park of Devonshire Canyon and Hyde Park currently have groups of homes whose values are well into the two million dollar range. Buyers in Beverly Terrace are often attracted to its private settings, views, oversized lots and quaint streets. There is no doubt that parts of Beverly Terrace are quickly becoming one of the most desirable neighborhoods in all of San Carlos.
There are only two minor issues buyers face when considering a purchase in Beverly Terrace. Homes located on the hilltop often face an annoying afternoon wind in the late spring and early summer months. Additionally, part of the allure of San Carlos is the ability to easily walk to downtown from many of its homes. Beverly Terrace is too far removed for a quick walk to downtown. In the end, these two minor issues cannot overcome the natural beauty buyers find in Beverly Terrace.
