My husband and I just closed escrow on the sale of our condo in Redwood City, Ca. I wanted to write this review of Bob prior to the sale because of how outstanding he has been. I just didn't get around to it until today. His professionalism far exceeds that of any real estate agent I have ever worked with.
I just want to note that It was not the best time to be selling a condo in the area. Regardless of this, Bob was able to stand by us and get the condo sold within a completely reasonable amount of time. He made the entire process from start to finish painless. Not to mention that our baby arrived early and Bob was able to accommodate us in so many ways.
Bob was a pleasure to work with. He is extremely talented, insightful, and straight-forward. He is accessible and always follows up. I wouldn't hesitate to use Bob for your real estate needs. You will save a lot of time, energy and money working with Bob and his assistant (who is also lovely).
