He will not let you down.
As soon as we listed with him, Bob and his team didn't waste any time getting their painters, stagers, and inspectors in. Each one notably friendly and professional. The entire process was seamless. And the end result was several offers well above asking price.
Following the sale of our house, we used Bob to help us find and put an offer in on a new house in town. He offered valuable advice on how to proceed and never hesitated to get us in to see a home. When we found the one we wanted, Bob handled the offer in a manner both judicious and smart. In a position where we were competing against a dozen other offers, we were thrilled to find that we had the benefit of an incredibly savvy and dedicated agent on our side. I honestly don't think we could have gotten this house without him.
