10 Years of Sponsorship
It is an honor to be the Diamond Sponsor again this year for the San Carlos Education Foundation’s Starlight Gala. This year’s event represents my 10th consecutive year of sponsorship. For 2017, my sponsorship includes the “Sell Your Home For $1” auction item as well as a minimum cash donation of $30,000.
Auction Item
This year you can bid through the silent auction to obtain the “Sell Your Home For $1” item. Every buyer in previous years has saved thousands of dollars on the sale of their home, while benefiting the San Carlos Education Foundation.
Here are the particulars, but please see the SCEF Gala description for complete details:
- I will sell the winning bidders home for a listing side commission of $1. The bidder will pay the buyer’s broker compensation of 2.5%.
- The bidder can use the item at any time within 2 years following the auction
- The winning bidder may transfer the item to another individual upon mutual agreement of myself and the winning bidder.
