For the past few years I have donated a live Auction Item to the San Carlos Educational Foundation’s Spring Fling. All proceeds from the annual Spring Fling event go directly to help San Carlos schools. Spring Fling is a fantastic evening which raises a tremendous amount of money for our schools. Last year, this event raised over $360,000 for our schools and over 1.4M over the past six years. This year I will be offering the same item as the previous two years which is as follows:
I will list the winning bidder’s home for a listing side commission of $1. The bidder will still be responsible for the buyer’s broker compensation in the form of 2.75% of the sales price. There is no limit to the value of the home and you can sell any home between Burlingame and Mountain View. The listing side commission, all marketing materials and related services will be provided by myself and ReMax Today in San Carlos.
