Here we go again…..extremely limited inventory.

The 2020 San Carlos real estate market has been stingy with new listings and all signs point to a spring selling season with very limited inventory. This is why it is so important to press the off-market arena of properties. There is some relief for those contemplating a new home in highly desirable locations. Once completed, the homes below will be beautiful new builds and all have outstanding locations.
