On behalf of the San Carlos Blog, I wanted to thank all of you for your continued patronage. Since January 1, 2008, the San Carlos Blog has been loaded 20,000 times and has just over 4,500 returning users.
98% of all questions regarding San Carlos real estate are not publicly posted. Users have clearly been more comfortable emailing their questions directly to me, which is great. I am happy to respond to all emails. Additionally, once we get a few questions on the same topic we will usually make it a post topic.
Over the next several weeks you will notice some changes to the site. We are continually trying to bring you the latest information on San Carlos real estate and post topics that are current and of importance to San Carlos buyers and sellers. I believe the upcoming changes will enhance the site and provide a better experience for our visitors.
